2026 marks VNA Foundation’s 30th year as a grantmaker. During that time, over $68 million was granted to almost 360 different nonprofit agencies located throughout metropolitan Chicago, all of which advance community-based healthcare to the medically underserved. 

So, this year we are celebrating—not ourselves, but the incredible work done by so many of our grantee partners! Please join us in acknowledging their programs, projects and impact, some of which will be shared on this page throughout the year.
