Nurse Practitioner Fellowship

Heartland Health Centers (HHC) is creating a new Nurse Practitioner (NP) Fellowship Program in partnership with Rush University College of Nursing (CON). This project’s aim is to at better prepare NPs to work at federally qualified health centers and enhance the care HHC provides on Chicago’s north side to immigrants and refugees.; Heartland Health Centers is creating a new Nurse Practitioner (NP) Fellowship Program in partnership with Rush University College of Nursing.
