Some guidelines you need to follow once you’re received a grant from VNA Foundation:
A six-month and twelve-month report are required for all VNA Foundation grants unless otherwise requested in your grant award letter or by your Program Officer. Please submit your report through the online Grants Management System by logging into your account and selecting the appropriate report/update form.
If you would like information about renewing your grant with VNA Foundation, please see Renewal Funding and then contact your Program Officer. Be advised that our renewal proposal form requests information on your current grant that is coming to an end. Therefore if you are invited to submit a renewal proposal, you do not need to complete an additional twelve-month report for your grant that is ending.
